Sembilan’s 2 or 4 bedrooms villa-renting options, offer flexibility for small or larger numbers of friends or families staying together (maximum 8 adults in 3 King sized beds and 2 single beds). Villa Sembilan was designed to incorporate the best of Bali Modern with its clean style and traditional materials. Villa Rooms
Villa Sembilan offers 2 or 4 private bedrooms (depending upon your needs) all with air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The fully appointed rooms have either King Size beds or 2 Twin beds in the study, all covered with the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for peaceful relaxation at the end of your vacation day. All rooms have either pool & or garden views. The modern interior design contrasts with the traditional Alang Alang (Thatched) roofing and 3 bed rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and modern facilities. All Bathrooms except the master are open to the sky giving complete privacy under sun or stars. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi Bathtub. Bathrooms feature raindrop shower head fittings which give the sensation of bathing under the falling rain with your choice of unlimited hot or cold water, which make a special bathing experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until January 10, 2006, quoted in USD and subject to 5 % service charge. Rates are inclusive of applicable government tax, daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room and return airport transfers (airport - villa - airport).
2. High & Peak Season Period
   High season period: July 1 – September 16; peak season period: December 20 – January 10
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights is required for high season or peak season bookings.
4. Villa Capacity
   We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12 years old are considered adults. We do not provide extra bed for adult.
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time is 02:00 PM
   Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
   Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
6. Terms of Payment
   • A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
   • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
   • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
7. Cancellation Policy
   • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
   • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
   • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
   • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
