The Kunthi Villas Bali

private accommodation in Bali. Located on the quieter outskirts
of Bali’s most happening district of Seminyak, The Kunthi
Villas are strategically positioned for guests to sample the cosmopolitan
dining and shopping scene of the area. Complimentary transfers are
available to all popular eateries and bars in the area including
the likes of Ku de Ta, The Living Room and Hu’u.
The Setting
A combination of one and two bedroom villas (7 in total) all link
to a central walkway that flows the full length of the property.
A fully enclosed air-conditioned lobby emulates a stylish lounge
where guests can choose from a library of selected reading materials,
DVD’s and CD’s for in-villa entertainment pleasures.
The Look
Moving away from a traditional Balinese design, The Kunthi Villas
embrace a full contemporary look that explores flair and creativity.
Each villa depicts a vibrant colour theme which refreshingly balances
the overall concept of a cool grey background. Designer-ware furnishings
are purposely kept minimal to maintain a sleek style that is visually
appealing.
The Living Environment
An integrated living, dining and kitchen environment merge under
an individual flat roof structure, surrounded by a pond and is open
to the elements. Unrestricted air circulation and natural lighting
recreate the healthy outdoor lifestyle that is favoured by the Balinese
in traditional village compounds. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances
are available for those who prefer to initiate their own meal preparations.
The Sleeping Environment
A separate enclosed pavilion accommodates both sleeping and bathing
quarters. The bedroom has a clean line no-clutter approach that
evokes a restful slumber. Dark timber fittings contrast with the
villas given choice of theme colour. Decorative icons and a comfortable
window seat prevent the room from looking too stark and modern.
Each bedroom features the very latest in television and digital
stereo technology equipment. The designer bathroom is a masterpiece
in seduction featuring a crescent shaped sunken tub and outdoor
shower with unique lighting placement.
The Pool
Each private villa features a personal swimming pool and sun lounging
space set within a landscaped setting. Guests will be able to take
full advantage of Bali’s perpetually tropical weather conditions
in the confines of their villa complex.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
Rates valid until March 31, 2006. All rates are net, quoted in
USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge,
welcome drink & cool towel upon arrival, daily personalized
breakfast in the villa, return airport transfers (airport-villa-airport),
24 hours butler service, drop off to Seminyak/Kerobokan area,
and daily fruit presentation.
- High & Peak Season Surcharge & Conditions
High season period: August 1 – 31; peak season period: December
27 – January 03
- Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation, a minimum
of 3 nights is required.
- Villa Capacity
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that
you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or
group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using
the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12 years old
are considered adults. We do not provide extra bed for adult.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time is 02:00 PM
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge
of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
- Terms of Payment
Credit Card Authorization by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total
reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account
at the latest by 2 weeks prior to guest arrival, will guarantee
the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
