total of 7 villas, featuring 2 and 3 double bedrooms, is the perfect
base for discerning travelers to immerse themselves in Bali’s
thriving social scene of fine wining, dining and exciting nightlife.
The Look
Villa Kembali is modern minimalism at its best. Each villa compound
is bathed in natural light to create a sense of space that is both
casual and comfortable. The open-plan living pavilion is surrounded
by a clear pond of cleverly siphoned pool water that refreshes the
entire area on even the hottest of days. With a decor concept that
is dominantly grey, Villa Kembali provides a cool retreat to relax
and just chill out.
Sleeping Quarters
Each villa features 2 or 3 double studio-style bedrooms surrounded
by full-length glass panels for a pool outlook. Bedrooms have individually
controlled air-conditioning to promote a restful slumber following
leisure filled days of shopping and seeing the sights. En-suite
bathrooms are sleek and uncluttered with an indulging outdoor shower
recess.
Stylish Living
Offering full modern comforts, Villa Kembali features a well equipped
kitchen and large dining setting for social gatherings of up to
8 people. Décor is rather stark, yet ideal for those travelers
who have arrived in Bali to rest and replenish far from crowds and
hectic city lifestyles. Days can be spent at leisure by the pool
soaking up the sun, while evenings are open to different options
for delicious dining and decadent nightlife.
Villa Kembali is a fully secured complex guarded around the clock.
Villas are equipped with satellite television, DVD, VCD, stereo system,
IDD telephone, Internet connections and personal safety boxes. Breakfast
is prepared and served daily, and a chef service is also available
to fulfill individual in-villa dining needs. Other conveniences include
a professional in-villa massage service, baby-sitting, currency exchange,
day tours and excursions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
Rates valid until March 31, 2006. All rates are net, quoted in
USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge,
daily American breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room, flower
& fruit basket arrangement on arrival.
- High & Peak Season Surcharge & Conditions
High season period: July 15 – August 31; peak season period:
December 20 – January 05
- Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum
of 3 nights is required for high season or peak season bookings.
- Villa Capacity
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that
you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or
group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using
the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12 years old
are considered adults. We do not provide extra bed for adult.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time is 02:00 PM
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge
of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
- Terms of Payment
Credit Card Authorization by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total
reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account
at the latest by 2 weeks prior to guest arrival, will guarantee
the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
value
