Heliconia Villas Bali
is a complex of 4 brand new villas each secluded within its own
Balinese style compound. Operational only a couple of months, Heliconia
Villas provides a relaxing home-base which is centrally located
for exploration some of the islands many attributes. While only
a short walk along a private laneway puts guests at the heart of
Seminyak’s vibrant main street with its choice of international
restaurants, chic boutiques and interesting homeware shops to browse
in.
Balinese Living
Following the Balinese open living concept, Heliconia Villas encourages
a healthy lifestyle for holiday makers with an integrated lounge,
dining and kitchen environment that overlooks the pool. The fully
equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals should
they tire of the endless selection of fine dining restaurants that
are within the vicinity. Many eateries in the area provide a meal
delivery service to be savored in within the villas intimate confines.
The Bedroom
The enclosed bedroom is fully air-conditioned for comfort and includes
a spaciously appointed bathroom with sunken tub. Décor reflects
the owner’s personal taste for stylish comforts that creates
a homey ambience that will appeal to most guests.
The Setting
A private swimming pool is enveloped by a flourishing garden of
tropical flora and palms. There is sufficient space for sun lounging
to take advantage of Bali’s eternally warm weather conditions.
Each self-contained villa is serviced daily by housekeeping and gardening
staff. All bedrooms are facilitated with an electronic safety deposit
box, satellite television and Internet access for guest convenience.
Daily continental breakfast is prepared daily and served in the private
confines of each villa. A state-of-the-art infrared security system
safeguards the villa complex 24-hours a day. Other services include
airport transfers, English/Japanese speaking Doctor on call, laundry
service and sightseeing/ adventure tour bookings.
Situated just off Seminyak’s trendy Jalan Laksmana, Heliconia
Villas accesses the main street via a private laneway and is within
convenient walking distance to enjoy some of the areas most talked
about restaurants and nightlife venues. The nearby beachfront provides
an excellent spot for some early morning exercise and is patrolled
by lifeguards particularly in front the luxury resorts of the area.
The revered Petitenget Temple is also close by and offers travelers’
glimpses of Bali’s Hindu traditions and elaborate rituals.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rate
Rates valid until March 31, 2006. All rates are net, quoted in
USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge,
daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room.
- High & Peak Season Surcharge & Conditions
High season period: July 1 – September 15; peak season period:
December 25 – January 5
- Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum
of 3 nights is required for high season or peak season bookings.
- Villa Capacity
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that
you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or
group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using
the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12 years old
are considered adults. We do not provide extra bed for adult.
- Check in/out time
Check-in time is 02:00 PM
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge
of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
- Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within
7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the
final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival full final
cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic
bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking)
or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic
transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
- Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before
arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative
fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before
arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by
fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a
deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and
the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the
payment.
