Villa Baja Bali, elevated on a hill with a stunning outlook over the fishing village of Jimbaran Bay, this unique adults only villa promises a private vacation retreat just minutes away from the beach and world class surfing breaks.

The Style
Villa Baja has been painstakingly constructed from aged timber and recycled floor tiles creating old-world ambience and charm. An eclectic décor blends colonial and Javanese furnishings with individual Chinese and Balinese pieces. Throughout the entire villa there are plenty of unique touches such as stained glass windows, old fashioned dressing tables and crafted wood work that indicate an appreciation of the past.

The Living Space
The living and dining environment merge together under a magnificently carved antique pavilion reminiscent of a bygone era. Encompassed by a fish pond, the area is slightly raised to expose views of Bali’s famous sunset and catch the fresh evening breeze that wafts up from the ocean

The Bedrooms
Villa Baja has three air-conditioned main bedrooms, however up to eight adults can be accommodated comfortably in distinct sleeping quarters. Matching master bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room are positioned at each end of the semi-open living environment. While a separate dwelling with a private lounging deck and kitchenette is located at the bottom of the garden. Alternatively, a timber traditional rice barn structure provides an additional sleeping space and is ideal for overnight guests.

The Kitchen
A fully equipment western style kitchen provides all necessary requirements for meal preparations. A second kitchenette is located down by the pool and is convenient for entertaining purposes. Breakfast is prepared complimentary every morning by in-house villa staff and other meals can be catered for upon request.

The Pool
An infinity edge swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, creates an illusion that you can swim out to the ocean beyond. It is edged by timber decking with loungers and umbrellas for relaxing moments spend soaking up rays of tropical sunlight

The villa is serviced by a team of 5 staff who will take care of all housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance duties. One staff member resides in a special unit located above the garage should the need arise for any additional duties. Security guards also patrol the outer boundaries of the villas throughout the night. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite television and an up-to-date library of popular films is maintained. The following services are all available; doctor on call, babysitting, tours, taxis, money changing and safety deposit boxes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates valid until March 31, 2005. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge
2. High & Peak Season Surcharge & Conditions
   High season period: August 1 – September 15; peak season period: December 25 – January 5
3. Villa Capacity
   We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the proper villa type to accommodate your family or group.
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time is 02:00 PM
   Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
   Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 PM is at additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
5. Terms of Payment
   Credit Card Authorization by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account at the latest by 2 weeks prior to guest arrival, will guarantee the reservation.
6. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
